Why Little Recettes ?

Little Recettes is an culinary platform with a goal to spread awareness of the power of using local ingredients to craft dishes that transcend cultural borders. This is mainly a creative space where I share traditional recipes with a modern twist, mainly through incorporating a taste from a completely different cuisine (fusion). I hope you try out the dishes and immerse yourself in a completely foreign culture – sometimes, knowledge and awareness are enriched by our taste buds :) You can contribute to this cause by sharing a recipe from your culture with the world!
